Can I cancel my order after payment?

You can cancel your order before the report is generated and delivered. Once a report has been processed and sent to you, cancellation is not possible as the service has been completed. If you need to cancel, contact our support team immediately after purchase, and we'll process a full refund if the report hasn't been generated yet.
