To delete or deactivate your OTOFACTS account, contact our support team with your request. Account deletion permanently removes all your data and purchase history. Deactivation temporarily disables your account but preserves your data. We'll process your request within 24 hours and send confirmation. Note that deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
